    Thanks Jessica. I am also training to run in a race with my son and wife. I just got back from working out and running on the tread mill and your story helped to inspire me to run faster and do better than I did last year.

    I just started running last year and am age 58. Most people my age don’t run in races, but I pictured myself finishing too.
