Betty Nguyen
DJ
Born and raised in Chicago, Betty has always been a music junkie. Starting out as an open mic performer and dancer, she is familiar with a variety of music; from rap to country, from house to top 40, Betty knows a little bit of everything.
She started DJing in high school, finding a way to combine her love of performing with her skills in spinning tunes and can bring lively energy to any event. Starting at fig as an intern, Betty is a blooming artist who is hoping to pursue a career in the music industry as a music producer and continue to make the world a better place one beat at a time.

She had every single person on the dance floor and I was incredibly impressed. My parents and friends (all tough critics) were raving about her. Betty was the DJ at our daughter's wedding. She was just wonderful! Lots of people commented on how great she was - so smooth, relaxed, and accommodating to requests from our guests. Betty certainly got EVERYONE onto the dance floor! It was so much FUN!!!
My friend, who was helping me by being my point person at the wedding and reception, mentioned that Betty was perfect - so polite and totally unflappable even when there were so many last-minute questions about the microphones and sound system for the ceremony. Betty made everything work perfectly.

Betty was the DJ for our school's Annual Auction Fundraiser and she was awesome! We connected before to go over details and what the vibe I wanted and Betty hit every mark perfectly. The music for cocktail hour was festive and fun but for background...then Betty helped us move the guests to dinner (which always proves to be a difficult task) with ease! After dinner Betty switched over to fun dancing music to help our guests have an amazing time the rest of the night. Thanks!

Betty has worked the Audubon Father Daughter Dance for at least three years now (probably more). She is awesome—particularly because I think the girls relate to her and feel comfortable having a gal at the helm. Betty does a great job of staying engaged, but not trying to be the center of attention—letting the music and the mood flow.
