Musician, DJ, and music enthusiast alike, Traye hails out of Danville, Illinois. Aided by an upbringing in a very musically-influenced home, Traye is no stranger to a good time.
When not performing, he spends his time in the studio creating his own musical journey. Having spent many years playing at local bars/restaurants and DJ’ing special events, Traye has had a lot of time to develop his craft and sound. With over 10 years of experience, for him, it’s all about mood and a deep, hypnotic groove… playing those tracks that get you up and moving, regardless of genre, tempo, or release date. Don’t be surprised when you suddenly find yourself dancing.
Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of the music that he loves best.
That’s how Traye describes himself as a DJ. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy.
